No not that kind! I’m talking about beating the fat – losing the excess, trimming the middle. This will be my primary goal for the next three months. 90 days to achieve my current fitness goals (which I will share below).
My Reason? Don’t laugh – not that I would care LOL! It has always been a dream of mine to be an underwear model. Do you remember those Fruit of the Loom and Hanes advertisements? Well I do – and I always thought that it would be so great to parade around in my everyday attire anyway – AND GET PAID! Well, I do not really care about getting paid, but I do have a couple ideas that would still involve me stripping down and getting in front of a camera. So I am beginning my journey to make it happen immediately. Here’s the rundown:
- Duration: 90 days (Deadline: June 22, 2019)
- Current Weight: 245 lbs
- Goal Weight: 220 lbs
I will post photos and updates regularly – pretty much documenting this journey. Being a man who loves to cook / bake the occasional cheesecake – I suspect that this will definitely be a challenge but none too difficult….kidding! No more pizza? DQ Blizzards? Breakfast Sandwiches! This is going to suck!
